Married for nearly 48 years to Tom, they have two grown daughters and one precious 7 year old grandon, Lane.

Karen's No. 1 priority in life is her relationship with Jesus Christ.  Her life verse is Ephesians 2:10

    "We are God's workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which He has prepared in 

     advance for us to do."

Karen was born a real estate agent in 1944 in Texas, but didn't realize that fact until she typed the manuscript for her Mother's book "Real Estate Success Habits - a Five Week Career Guide", in 1980.  Licensed in Oklahoma in 1983, she began her career but moved to Texas shortly thereafter, and has been going "great guns" since!!!!  Her motto "WHEN YOU WORK WITH KAREN, START PACKING", was born out of the fact that whether buying or selling, be assured, it will happen quickly when Karen is working for you!!
